Our Story
Falooda has always been the dessert of celebration in our family. The tall glass that appeared after Eid prayers, the rose-pink treat shared at every wedding, the first thing the kids asked for on a hot summer evening. We grew up watching it being layered — syrup first, then sev, then basil seeds, then the slow pour of chilled milk — and learned that the joy is as much in the making as the eating.
Dil Se Falooda began with a simple idea: bring that moment to your celebration. Not tubs of pre-mixed dessert, but a real cart, a real glass, layered fresh in front of your guests. We make our rose syrup, rabri, and falooda sev in small batches, the way they've always been made — slowly, and with intent.
Every event we serve is somebody's big day. We treat it that way.
Catering & Events
A Dil Se booking isn't dessert dropped at the door — it's a live station. Our cart arrives dressed for your event, and our team layers each glass to order while your guests watch the rose syrup swirl.
Why Dil Se
Our rose syrup, rabri, and falooda sev are made in small batches — never from a bottle, never from a mix. You can taste the difference in the first spoonful.
Each glass is layered to order at the cart. The pour, the swirl, the garnish — it's a little performance your guests gather around.
We tailor flavors, garnishes, and even glass colors to your theme. Pink and gold mehndi? Ivory wedding? The cart dresses for the occasion.
Tall glasses, rose petals, pistachio dust, golden straws — every serving is styled to end up on someone's story. We're happy to be tagged.

Kind Words
“The falooda cart was the most talked-about part of our valima. Guests were lining up for seconds before the first round was even done. The rose falooda tasted exactly like my nani used to make it.”
“They matched the glasses and garnish to our mehndi colors without us even asking. The cart looked like part of the decor. Beautiful, delicious, and so easy to work with.”
“We booked the mini falooda shots for our company's Eid celebration and they disappeared in twenty minutes. Half the office had never tried falooda — now they ask when the cart is coming back.”
Good to Know
We bring the cart anywhere within our local service area — banquet halls, backyards, offices, and community centers alike. For venues further out, a small travel fee may apply; just mention your location in the booking form and we'll confirm.
For weddings and weekend events, 4–6 weeks ahead is ideal — peak season dates go quickly. For smaller gatherings we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, so it's always worth asking.
Pricing is based on guest count, serving duration, and your menu selections. Once you send a booking request we'll reply with a clear, itemized quote — no surprises, no hidden fees.
Our standard cart bookings start at 50 guests. Hosting something more intimate? Ask about our mini falooda shot trays — they work beautifully for smaller gatherings.
Yes. All our faloodas are vegetarian and made with halal-certified ingredients. We offer eggless ice cream options and can prepare nut-free glasses on request — just let us know when booking.
Both! The cart is self-contained and just needs a level spot and access to a standard power outlet. For outdoor events we recommend a shaded or covered area to keep everything perfectly chilled.
